酒店位置挺好，設施也算齊全，洗衣機冰箱一應俱全，還提供了電磁爐。周邊吃飯買東西也都很方便。但是，衞生確實很一般，沒有一次性拖鞋，洗漱杯不是一次性的，上面有汙漬；屋內潮氣很重，有點酸味，睡了一晚嗓子有點痛，空調聲音也很大，夜裡比較吵。

The staff were really great, however the room was not cleaned properly and was falling apart. The pictures attached say it all. This apartment need a complete refurbishment before booking it out at this price again. This has been the dirtiest apartment yet for over £100 per night we could have been in a hotel for the same.

I booked 2 nights at this place (this is not a hotel) it’s kind of residential building where they have some rooms for rent. First, very hard to find the place, I was looking for a hotel not that kind of place . The guy that received me was very friendly and was trying to do his best , not his fault about the place. The place is old , not well maintained and I didn’t feel safe, were me and my daughter. So, I spent the first night because it was late when we arrived and next morning we left the place and went to another hotel. I don’t recommend this place.

本來定的兩天房，入住以後馬上要求退掉一間，可以從晒的圖片看出來設備設施和基本的衞生環境都很差勁。晚上出去玩回來，洗澡發現抽風機是壞的，廁所很窄小，洗個澡在裡面悶得不行，空調也開不了，跟老闆反饋，説第二天再去看抽風機的問題，空調説是可以用，但是要等一個小時才會起作用。從來沒聽過誰家空調要提前一個小時開的，真服了。連夜重新訂房，第二天立馬換地方了。地理位置是挺好，但不能因為地理位置優越，基本的衞生和服務都不能提供吧。以後訂民宿真的要慎重再慎重，完全踩雷。

The room is not quite the size mentioned as 40-43 m3 in the booking page of the advertisement (訂房網站), feels like below 25 m3. The toilet is rather tight and must be careful not to hurt yourself turning corners in the toilet especially opening and closing the door. The air-conditioning was fair and had to request maintenance to check it up, on the whole it was barely sufficient even for such a small room. The microwave was not working and we had to get to use the one in the management office to warm up our items. The service liaison person was helpful but what we needed was good working facilities not just service person. This place will not be good for any person with disability because of the toilet tightness. The good in the room was the refrigerator which was working well and we could store items. There is a washing machine and a cooking hub but no cooking utensils to do any simple cooking. For our future travel to GZ, we would not book this place because there are other better places nearby this vicinity. Thank you.

出乎意料的好，距離珠江新城和五羊邨地鐵站都非常近，從機場可以地鐵直達酒店附近。周邊便利店相當密集，吃早茶不到幾百米就有一家點都德。設施：冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機、投影儀、晾衣架、辦公桌椅配備齊全衞生：床單很乾凈，房間總體衞生也不錯。沒有看到蟑螂，睡了幾晚皮膚也沒有瘙癢。服務：每天都有打掃衞生，微信聯繫老闆回覆很快，如果訂外賣可以送至樓下外賣櫃，樓下有保安24小時值班，安全方面還是很到位。隔音效果也不錯，這幾天沒有被噪音打擾過。下次來廣州還來這裡住😁 以下照片是房間內部和周邊的風景，三月的廣州真美啊！
